We also represent major creditors and developers, owners and investors in real estate foreclosures, bankruptcies and workout transactions.  We are experienced in all relevant aspects of bankruptcy reorganizations, including obtaining the relief from stay and other issues related to the use and sale of real property affected by ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.
