Christine Malamanig Berk
Christine M. Berk is a litigation and transactional attorney with Miller Johnson Law, P.L. Ms. Berk represents lenders and individuals in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, title, liens, HOA and condominium association matters, and related litigation. Ms. Berk also represents businesses from formation through business restructuring and dispute resolution and serves individuals in trust and estate matters, wills, and probate.
Ms. Berk is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, cum laude, and Florida Coastal School of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Berk provided pro bono estate planning services to local military personnel and low income and special needs individuals and families under the supervision of local attorneys and the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. She also served as a court advocate for the Center for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and provided support to Hubbard House, a domestic violence shelter.
After law school, Ms. Berk worked for a national law firm in South Florida focused on products liability and securities litigation before relocating to the Orlando area where she continued her practice in complex business and general civil litigation, real estate and business law, and trust and estate and probate matters.

Ms. Berk was born in Guam, raised in California, lived in the Midwest for a season, and relocated to Florida with plans to never leave. In her free time, she laces up for 5ks, trains for half marathons, enjoys live music, and relaxes at the beach or with a book whenever she can.
